My work sits at the intersection of service design, design strategy, and organizational change. I work with senior leaders to make complex problems legible — translating research, operational reality, and human insight into blueprints, strategies, and artifacts that teams can actually use.
I’ve led work inside enterprise supply chains, post-merger integrations, government agencies, nonprofits, and growth-stage companies. The common thread: ambiguous, high-stakes problems that require someone who can hold the full picture while translating it into decisions.
